Overview
The My Patient Dashboard is the centralized mission control for EngagedMD, designed to help you track critical patient milestones and pending tasks. The Dashboard gives you a real-time color-coded overview of each of your patients and where they are in their care journey, assisting you in managing your caseload and highlighting patients who may need assistance to prevent stagnation.
Steps
The dashboard is divided into three core areas, plus a pop up screen:
1. My Tasks:
This top section prioritizes forms requiring the logged-in user’s signature.
- Preview: Displays the top three most urgent tasks.

Interaction: Clicking a task navigates you directly to DocuSign to complete the signature.
Full List: You can click "All Tasks" to view your entire task list - Visibility: This section automatically hides if you zero pending tasks.
2. Patient Funnel Graph (for Admins):
This middle section which will display for Admins at your clinic gives a high-level overview of total patients and where they are distributed across their treatment journey stages.
3. My Patients Table:
This lower section of the dashboard displays to you patients who are a part of active Episodes of Care where you are a member of the Care Team. On this table you can see:
- Patient Name: Displays primary patient name and related patient (if applicable). Clicking on the name will open the Quick View Drawer (information below)
- Stage: Clicking on the current stage will allow you to manually update the patient’s clinical stage, if needed.
- Episode Name: Displays the name of the Episode of Care, you can click this field to rename the Episode of Care if appropriate.
- Days in Stage: Displays how long a patient has been in a stage, assisting you in identifying possible stagnation.
- Actions/Form/Modules: This heat map shows you assignment status for all tasks. Yellow indicates assignments imminently due (within 5 days), red indicates assignments overdue, and green indicates a complete assignment.
4. Patient Quick View Drawer:
When you select a name on the My Patients Table, you will open the Patient Quick View Drawer. This screen let you complete many actions without needing to jump into the patient chart:
- View the current Episode of Care
- Add assignments
- Update the Care Team
- Sign Forms
- Send Reminders
- Change the patient stage
