Key Components
Funnels and Dashboards
Funnels and Dashboards provide a real-time view of where each patient is in their journey. They highlight overdue tasks, bottlenecks, and stage durations to help clinics reduce delays and improve efficiency.
Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) - Full care journey
Bundles - Groups of tasks within the MAP
Tasks - Individual Actions or requirements
Mutual Action Plans (MAPs)
MAPs are interactive care roadmaps that display every step of a patient’s treatment journey. They guide both staff and patients through the process, showing what’s complete, what’s next, and who’s responsible.
Bundles
Each MAP is organized into Bundles, which represent key phases such as Intake, Diagnostics, or Treatment. Bundles can be customized to match your clinic’s workflow or patient needs.
Tasks
Within each Bundle are individual tasks that drive patient progress.
Task types include:
- Learn - Patient education modules
- Sign - Consent forms or other signatures
- Questionnaires - Forms for collecting patient information
- Actions - To-do items that require patient or staff follow-up
