Overview
Your clinic may assign you Actions to help you with the next steps along your Care Journey. Actions may be tasks that your clinic would like you to complete in the platform, or they may be reminders of something you will need to complete in person, such as a blood draw or a consultation appointment.
Completing Actions
When your clinic assigns you an Action, it will appear in your Checklist along with any other tasks, organized by due date.
- Selecting an Action will open its details, where you can:
- Read any included information or instructions
- Click links or download attachments if available
- When you finish the task, tap Mark as Complete to move it to your Done tab.
Completing Actions on Behalf of Related Patients
If you are the Primary Patient with a Related Patient on file, your clinic may allow you to view and complete Actions for them as well. This setting is controlled by your clinic’s admin team.
When enabled, you will see both your Actions and those assigned to any Related Patients. You can filter your checklist to show:
- All tasks
- Only your tasks
- Tasks for a specific Related Patient
If there is more than one Related Patient on file, you’ll see a filter option for each.
