Navigate is EngagedMD's patient journey management platform. It gives clinics one place to model, track, and continuously improve how patients move through care, so staff and patients have structure, visibility, and accountability from first consult through treatment.
Platform Offerings: Navigate Core and Navigate Pro
Navigate is available in two platform tiers, with Journey Applications priced separately.
Navigate Core is the foundation of the platform. It includes patient journey design and configuration, HIPAA-compliant staff and patient portals, unlimited staff user seats, pre-built EMR integrations, developer tools like APIs and webhooks, email notifications, a dedicated customer success manager, and ongoing platform updates.
Navigate Pro includes everything in Core, plus capabilities for automating and optimizing the journey. These capabilities include patient stage tracking, a rules-based automation engine, custom reporting dashboards, and SMS notifications and reminders.
Journey Applications
On top of the platform sit EngagedMD's Journey Applications:
- Learn: Patient education modules that prepare patients for what comes next.
- Sign: Consent forms and other signatures.
- Actions: Flexible, digital tasks that turn patient to-dos into clear, trackable steps to clarify and accelerate the patient journey
- Questionnaires: Intelligent forms that collect patient information, decisions, and outcomes, and can automatically trigger the next step.
- Ecosystem: Pre-built integrations with EMR platforms and industry partners that let clinics keep using the tools they already rely on
