Overview: When a signer is unsuccessful at passing ID verification through the automatic ID verification process, the clinical reviewer and the user who assigned the form will be notified via email that the IDV has failed and is ready to be manually reviewed. IDVs that require manual review can be found in “My Tasks” and “Forms to Sign”.
Steps:
- Access the IDV Failure email notification
- Retrieve the signer’s ID upload under “My Tasks” and “Forms to Sign”
- Review the ID
- Once the IDs are validated for the consent form, the ID-validated consent forms can be saved into the patient and/or partner EMR records.
