This article outlines how to assign a Module(s) to patients.
Patient Record:
1. Navigate to the patient record by utilizing the search bar at the top of the homepage or through "All Patients". Refer to our guide on patient information if needed.
2. Click the “Add Assignment” button.
Note: If the patient only has one episode, Modules will be assigned to that episode automatically. If the patient has multiple episodes, choose the appropriate episode and click "Confirm".
3. Navigate to the "Modules" tab.
4. Choose the module(s) and click "Next".
5. Choose the settings:
Doctor - If one is not chosen, select from the list. This is a required field.
Due Date - By default, the due date is set to two weeks from the day of assignment. You can also select an alternative due date or no due date. If your clinic has configured due date-specific reminder emails, they will be sent based on the date you select.
Patient Participants - When you assign modules to a patient who has a related patient linked to their record, the module will be sent to all related patients by default. To remove a patient from the assignment, look for the initial icon next to the patient's name and uncheck the box next to any related patient you do not want to include.
6. Click "Assign".
7. The module (s) is now assigned and you will be taken back to the patient record.
