EngagedMD Platform Status Page
If you are receiving reports from patients that they are unable to access EngagedMD, the Status page will provide you with information on active issues with the Patient Portal and the Staff Portal.
If your practice is using an EMR/EHR integration with EngagedMD, the API section will give you the status of the integration systems.
You are able to check on past incidents towards the bottom of the page. If you would like to stay informed on status updates, click on the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button on the top right of the page.
