How to increase patient compliance?

Driving patience compliance can be done in several ways. Here are some of our suggestions.

Set Due Dates for the patient's next appointment or treatment start date.

Patients will receive automatic email reminders. 

Associate forms with modules - patients will watch their modules before signing forms. Communicate video module expectations with patients as early as possible. You can learn more about associating a module with a form by viewing this article:

Designate a staff member to "check" for compliance. Staff can filter by the due date within the EngagedMD dashboard and send a manual reminder to patients.

Lastly, we suggest only scheduling patients when modules are completed.
