Copy and paste
You can copy and paste fields that will need to go in more than one place on the form. This makes it easier than constantly dragging and dropping the same fields. You can do this by selecting the field you would like to copy, then pressing the copy button on the top middle page. After selecting the area you would like to paste, then you can select the paste button on the top middle page located to the right of the copy button (as seen in images below).
One thing to note is that copy and paste does not work for custom fields. For example, while copying and pasting a signature field is possible because it is a standard field if you copy and paste a custom field like ‘DOB - US Patient’, this field will not show up once a consent is sent out. That being said, if you are using custom fields, you will need to drag and drop them onto the form each time they are used.
Changing signer
If you have accidentally input fields onto the forms in the wrong signer/user, you can easily change the signer by dragging from just above the top corner of the field that you want to change to cover the entire field. Then, change the signer by selecting the right signer in the panel on the right under Recipient.
Inputting Patient ID
For forms that require patient ID, you would use the MPI found under Custom Fields to fill out patient ID. You can also use the Patient MPI field under custom fields. The staff or patient would be the signer.
