When reaching out to the support team please provide as many details about the potential breach as possible. Details that will be helpful in our team's investigation include patients affected, parties that accessed the information, and the time of the breach. Upon notification, the EngagedMD Support team will immediately begin an investigation into the breach to confirm whether or not the information was improperly accessed.
