If your practice uses EngagedMD's eSigning platform, they will have created ‘templates’ using their existing consent forms. These templates are electronically marked with the places that each recipient of the form needs to make decisions and electronically sign.
When a member of your medical team triggers a form for electronic signature, EngagedMD calls for the template and automatically fills in basic information such as the signer’s name and ID. An e-mail is then automatically sent to the first signer containing a link to complete and sign their portion of the form.

After the first signer finishes, the next signer will receive an e-mail to complete their portion of the form. This pattern continues until every recipient has completed signing the form.
Upon completion, an e-mail is sent to all signers containing a final, signed, and locked document. This document can be printed or downloaded as a PDF.
