Rarely, certain factors can prevent the video from streaming properly. If your video isn't playing, try these steps:
1. Check your internet connection. A slow connection or a public network with firewalls will sometimes prevent the video from playing.
2. Try clearing your cache. (Look in our knowledge base for instructions based on your web browser!)
3. Try a different web browser. Sometimes, an outdated web browser can cause problems with the video.
