Changing the assigned Clinical Reviewer or Physician

Note: A clinical reviewer cannot be changed after markup has been initiated.

1. Open up the patient record.
2. Click on the individual consent form.
3. Click the ‘Change’ button next to either the Clinical Reviewer or the Physician’s name.
