Changing the assigned Clinical Reviewer or Physician

The clinical reviewer or physician can be changed at any point in the consent signing process.

1. Open up the patient record.
2. Click on the individual consent form.
3. Click the ‘Change’ button next to either the Clinical Reviewer or the Physician’s name.
