Once the patient has been assigned education modules, they will receive an email with directions to set up an account. Patients should complete the assigned module at home.
1. After each video section, the patient will be asked comprehension questions to reinforce key concepts and ensure their understanding. Patients must answer each question correctly in order to move on; however, if they answer a question incorrectly, it is noted in their completion report for review. There will be multiple chances for a patient to re-try to answer a question correctly.
2. If the patient is a fertility patient and has a partner, the patient will be provided the option upon logging in to complete the module together with their partner, or separately. If they choose separately, the partner will receive an additional e-mail, guiding him/her to set up a separate account. Both sets of results will also be collected in the final completion report.
