Admin users have the ability to remove a staff member’s or doctor’s access to EngagedMD.
1. Admins can navigate to theStaff taband search for the staff member or doctor in question.
2. Once the staff member’s account is selected, a Remove button in the bottom left corner will appear.
3. If the staff member has any forms that require their signature, EngagedMD will require the forms to be re-assigned to a different staff member, which can be selected via the dropdown. Upon removing the staff member, they will no longer have access to EngagedMD.
Quick note: Forms must be reassigned before that person can be removed. If no one is selected, that individual will remain in EngagedMD.
