Module Reminder Email
1. Click on the patient record and select the desired module
2. Click on the 'Remind' grey button to send a reminder link to the patient for the module. You will see the last date a reminder email was sent by looking at the Last reminder sent on line.
Form Reminder Email
1. Click on the patient record and select the desired form.
2. Click on the 'Remind' grey button to send a reminder link to the patient for the form. After this button has been selected, you will be able to see the date and time the last reminder was sent on under the patient's email address.
Note:
There is a circle icon button (to the right of a form) when accessing a patient's chart. This is not a reminder button. This button is a re-syncronize button that can be used to ensure that the form status is updated between DocuSign and EngagedMD. The blue Refresh Status button seen when clicking on a form serves the same purpose of re-syncying the status.
