Replacing Documents
1. If you need to update a form currently available on EngagedMD, you should first make the required changes in the original Word version and save it as a PDF.
Press ‘Configure Form’ on the form that you want to replace.
2. Below the ‘Add Documents to the Envelope’ section, click the ‘More Options' button (the one that looks like 3 vertical dots).
3. Click ‘Replace Document’ from the drop-down and select your desired PDF.
Important: If the form was already published, the changes you made will go into effect on any new form that is assigned to the patient. Additionally, these changes will not go into effect on any active form that was assigned to signers before the changes were incorporated.
Renaming Documents (Title)
Your consent will be named based on the name of the PDF file that you upload. However, you can change the name of the form if need be. You can do this in 2 ways:
Method 1:
1. Click on 'Configure Form’ for the document.
2. Below the ‘Add Documents’ section, click the ‘More Options’ button (the 3 vertical dots).
3. Click ‘Rename Document’ from the drop-down.
Method 2:
1. While in the document, you can click ‘Actions’ in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Edit Documents’ and you will be able to rename the form as needed by using the same ‘More Options’ button as you did in the first way of renaming the document.
